IIM-L concludes Placement Drive with 600+ job offers
IIM Lucknow completed its final placements for its 39th batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and 20th batch of Postgraduate Program in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students

Mumbai, Mar 03: IIM Lucknow completed its final placements for its 39th batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and 20th batch of Postgraduate Program in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students. This year, 600+ offers were made to 570 students, who were placed in a variety of roles including Consulting, Finance, General Management, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Retail, and E-Commerce, with top recruiters from across the globe.
The highest domestic package (CTC) achieved by the student is Rs. 75 LPA, while the highest international package (CTC) reached Rs. 65 LPA. The average salary offered is Rs. 32.3 LPA, showcasing the exceptional talent developed and nurtured at the Institute.
Speaking about this year’s placement drive, Prof. Priyanka Sharma, Chairperson. This year’s recruitment drive was conducted in a hybrid format and witnessed enthusiastic participation from 180+ domestic and international recruiters. Renowned legacy recruiters such as Accenture, Adani Group, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Amazon, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Godrej, Goldman Sachs, JPMC, Kearney, Landmark Group, Lincoln International, Lodha Group, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, Navi, OLA, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Target, Tata Administrative Services, and Zomato offered a wide range of roles across different industries.
In addition to this, several first-time recruiters, including Ather Energy, BPCL, CRISIL, DBS Bank, GMR Group, HPCL, Javis, Jefferies, Lava, Marsh McLennan, Maruti Suzuki, Mankind Pharma, Mindsprint, NAFED, PhonePe, Purplle, TESCO, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, UKG, Vector Consulting Group and Walmart also participated in this year’s placement drive, offering both domestic and international job roles.
The current batch was dynamic and diverse, comprising both fresh graduates and experienced professionals from various fields such as Finance, IT, Consulting, and Sales & Marketing. Many students came from prestigious institutions in India, including Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), National Institute of Technology (NITs), Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), and Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). This diverse background and skills enabled the batch to excel and secure attractive positions with top-tier companies across the globe.
